Athena has a liquor license with the city that does not allow customers to bring their own drinks.
Can we bring food?
Yes! Guests aboard Athena may bring their own snacks! If you are looking to have more than just a personal snack, we offer catering options on our private charters!
Do we need to fill out a waiver?
Yes, all guests that board Athena must have a signed waiver.
What is your cancellation policy?
Athena Charters has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To receive a full refund, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable unless ticket insurance was purchased. However, you may reschedule your reservation at no charge up until the time of departure. Please note that no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
